The Connection to Daang Hari will not be open yet due to business reasons but Lancaster Estates will be expanded up to 3000 hectares overlapping the one canal road up to DASMARINAS. Estimated number of Inventory of units will be available up to a minimum of 20 years. More house model will be introduced and even buildings. Appraisal of Lands will be at least double for the next 2 years. A 1m property now will cost at least 2.5M by 2018. By 2020 Lancaster New City will be known not only in Philippines but also around the globe.
